Inside Attention Please! Online Course + Workbook.

How it started

This week I launched my first online course and workbook.

It’s part one of 6 courses and I’m delighted to have finally taken the the step to getting my work out there.

The idea to create an ebook started in 2019.

I was on the train home from a freelance job and I outlined the whole frame work of my new book.

I then went on maternity leave and wrote the whole book before I got back into work a year later.

Life got a whole lot busier, that’s why on my second maternity leave I was determined to get started.

Time. was still a luxury but I did what I could in little pockets of time and I’m so please to have launch module one.

So what’s inside?

Module One is an introduction to the customer journey. Starting with the basics I look at where to start when if comes to design thinking!

Chapter one

Is an introduction to visual communication and how it impacts what we see and how absorb information online on a daily basis.

Chapter two:

Takes us through the sales funnel from a designers perspective. It looks at the 5 stages of the customer journey and how we create specific types of content as we travel along the road map.

Chapter three:

Takes us through how to manage the balancing act of branding and marketing messaging within our visual comms and I take a look at information heirachy.

Chapter four:

Looks at common pinpoints faced in content creation and UI/UX journeys

Chapter five:

Is a full audit exercise of your own brand to adopt ways of thinking in a sales funnel mindset when producing content.
