Web design and Replatform
Our website upgrade had a two phase redesign and replatform migration strategy.
The business goal included:
- Phase one was migrating the existing website platform to hybris.
- Phase two was rebranding and redesigning the entire website structure.
This was heavily collaborative long-term project. Leading a team of designers and developers.
The project required team management, a positive synergy within the teams and a methodical approach for design process, documentation and design systems.

Beyond the replatform, day-to-day design at Thomas Pink meant managing the full omni-channel output at pace. From website content updates and seasonal campaign strategy to social and display ads, email analytics, photography art direction, and OOH and POS design — the role demanded creative breadth and operational precision in equal measure.
