At Monsoon, the shift from Photoshop to Adobe XD wasn’t just a tool change — it transformed how the team operated. Faster design turnarounds gave marketing the flexibility to be reactive, and the more efficient production process created space for higher-quality creative work. The workflow overhaul had a direct impact on campaign velocity and team confidence. More detailed case studies from this period are on their way.
