Expedia Group needed a unified rebrand of the One Key loyalty portfolio, followed by high-volume, localised DCO programmatic banners, ASO install screens, email CRM strategy and social video.

DCO Programmatic Banners

Building digital guidelines for DCO programmatic banners for Expedia was the first task. The challenge involved defining the digital design system and brand identity simultaneously as the brand took on an entire brand shift. Figma design systems and component libraries became the engine for producing large-scale localised assets at speed.

App Store optimisation

App Store Optimisation was a huge part of the Expedia groups rebrand. With a need to create hundred of assets in a variety of format and localised globally across three brands. For this, Figma was our production tool to produce this volume of assets using strategy and plugins for a speedy turnaround.

B2B Projects

More work with the brand included:

- B2B DCO banners with vast variations - set up in Figma using components and variables for speedy changes to imagery and for localisation.
- B2B Email system and socials
- I also built an email module system for the Workshop CRM platform. Here I learned about the capabilities and limitations of the CRM platform. Involving taking a creatively ambitious brief and problem solving the system features limitations without compromising quality. Providing effective communication, and deck presentations with the overseas client.
