Electrolux AEG

Electrolux AEG needed a scalable email design system capable of powering high-volume campaigns across multiple markets, without compromising on creative quality. Working within their Iterable CRM ecosystem I was part of an integral team who built a modular email framework using Figma’s variables, components and tokens and modes, giving the team a production-ready system that could be easily localised and adapted by any design team.

The Design System

The challenge was building a system flexible enough to handle everything from product launches to lifecycle automation — while staying tightly on-brand. Using Figma’s component and variable architecture, each email module was designed for visual consistency and CRM compatibility, with AEG’s brand tokens baked in from the start.

What Was Built

The output included a full suite of modular email templates, brand-aligned component sets, and documentation to support handoff and ongoing usage by the wider marketing team.

The design system

The design system significantly reduced production time and gave stakeholders a clear visual language across all CRM communications.
